I have an M series, but feel that every machine should be data capable and software available to the user if the desire it. Pressure changes require a doctor's orders in the US. Since the ResMed software allows access within the program to allow pressure changes, it is not sold to the general public as such.

As others have said, it may work great for you or the F30 or i might work better, or not, as they both similar. The one thing you should know is that both the DreamWear and the F30 primarily blow air up your nose.
