Ss decontrol kids will have their say rar

By no means do I claim to have the biggest, best or most complete collection. I don't. I now have a wife and two kids, a mortgage, car payments and a downtown suit and tie guy job. Still, when I can I try to keep up with the hardcore scene, the bands and labels that keep me feeling young when everything else in this world tells me I am not!

I will try to post every few days and hopefully like minded people can have fun with the posts and with your participation, start some discussions. Thanks for looking and tell all your friends! Sailin'On Doug. My Blog List. Night Of The Blade 33 minutes ago. The Endless Quest Records With History and Future. The opening track, "Boiling Point" introduces the quick and fierce music that continues on over the album.

Chris Foley's frantic drumming shines on the whole album, and as his furious hits of every drum piece mix with Springa's deep and burly vocals, they share a certain level of intensity, while Al Barile's and Jaime Sciarappa's competent but fast guitar work help drive through the rest of the album.

As previously mentioned, most of the album is under-a-minute hardcore music, except for the album's two slow songs. The major downside of the album is the poor recording quality it suffers from, though Sam argues it gives the album character.

With modern technology, I would recommend not buying it, and seek out the early material only. What I have uploaded is a somewhat rare recording of an early live performance taken from a soundboard, as well as a radio interview that contains the bands first demo! The live recording really display the bands power and energy on the stage. A good recording but sadly it's a bit short. The demo songs are very simple, but still good for an early 80's demo, and the interview is an interesting glimpse into the bands beginnings.

After the band broke up, bassist Jamie Sciarappa would later join Slapshot.
